Job Description

Prince Sultan Military Medical City is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join its multidisciplinary healthcare team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care within a highly structured, well-equipped, and professional military medical environment. Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital or healthcare facility

  • Experience in tertiary care or specialized hospital settings will be an added advantage


Must Have

  • Valid Nursing qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing)

  • Current professional nursing license/registration

  • Strong knowledge of clinical nursing practices, patient assessment, and care planning

  • Ability to provide direct patient care, including medication administration and monitoring

  • Sound understanding of hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary healthcare teams

  • Commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per hospital requirements


Nice to Have

  • Experience in military, government, or tertiary care hospitals

  • Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems

  • Exposure to specialized departments such as ICU, ER, or OT

  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

  • Strong patient education and counseling skills

  • Multilingual communication abilities
